The I Adore You Luxury Company is concerned about your safety. Candles can be dangerous when the proper safety procedures and guidelines are not followed. We have affixed a safety label to the bottom of each candle (if you don’t have one please let us know and we will send it to you immediately). Following these simple guidelines could save your life and your most treasured possessions.
I promise to:

Never to burn candle unattended.

Always keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch.

Burn candle in a votive holder and keep away from drafts.

Burn on a flat, heat resistant surface.

Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects.

Burn for no more than two to three hours at a time.

Do not let the candle burn completely to the bottom of the tin (leave at least ¼ inch).
Shipping
Your Package is on it's way
Most orders for in-stock items will ship within 1-7 business days.
We do not ship on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
The tracking number for your shipment will be sent by email as soon as your order is shipped.
How Do We Calculate Shipping Charges For Your Order?
We are currently offering Free Shipping on Orders over $49 (some restrictions may apply).
For orders under $49.00, standard shipping rates apply .
Each "ship-to" address does require a separate shipping charge.
What Shipping Methods do we use?
We ship UPS ground, USPS First Class Package or USPS Priority Mail.
Where Do You Ship?
At this time, we are only shipping to USA Locations (including Hawaii and Alaska). We are currently looking at options to ship outside the USA and hope to offer this service sometime in the near future.
How Do I Track My Order?
If you are a registered I Adore You shopper, you can use your order history and tracking to track your order within the USA (If you are unregistered, you can use the carrier's website and your tracking number to track your order within the USA).
